Additional Page Printing with PCL XL Error

When printing from the Pick & Pack and Sales applications an additional page prints displaying the following error.
PCL XL error
Warning: IllegalMediaSource
To work around this porblem, please follow the below mentioned steps.
1. Navigate to Printers
2. Select Properties of the Printer causing the issues.
3. Navigate to Device Settings
4. Locate Page PDL
5. Select PDL: KPDL
Save Settings and Retry your print.
