Development Requests Added to Support Helpdesk

We have now added our development requests to the My Online Business Support Desk, this will allow users to see what requests have been submitted before recommending new changes / features. We are also happy to take comments and/or modifications to the requests that have been submitted.

Updates to the request can be emailed or submitted as tickets via the support desk and we will update the main article as we receive these if they are applicable.

The development list is currently only visible to registered users of our My Online Business – Support Helpdesk.

Today we have moved our support software to a new host and at the same time upgraded to the newest build avaliable. Due to the amount of spam that we were receiving we were unfortunately not able to keep your existing logins and as such request that you please re-register before submitting tickets to
